The Benq TW519 has a maximum resolution of WXGA (1280x800). That's 30% more resolution than a XGA (1024x768) projector, which is the most frequently found resolution.

Inferior Sound Quality

One Benq TW519 owner thought it did not have good sound quality. Lb 1 mentioned in their review “Now for the sound! It's 2w speaker is crap! Sorry that's another bad point!”.

Does Not Support 3D Image Projection

Most of the other projectors of a comparable type and age to the TW519 support 3D image projection, however the Benq TW519 does not support 3D image projection.

We compared this data projector to all the other data projectors with a 3D image projection and we think the Optoma DX346[plb_2212801_price], the Epson EH-TW5100[plb_2591283_price], or the Benq MX819ST[plb_1552200_price] is also worth considering.

Does Not Support Full HD Projection

Most comparable spec projectors that were released more than two years ago do not support Full HD projection. The Benq TW519 is no exception to this as it too does not support Full HD projection.

Other data projectors which also support Full HD projection that you might want to look at include the MX819ST[pl_1552200_price], or the MW526[pl_2415513_price] both from Benq or the Epson EH-TW5100[plb_2591283_price].

The average projector brightness of 13000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been around for a similar time to the TW519 is 3,000 ANSI lumens. The Benq TW519 has a quite dim projector brightness (only 2,800 ANSI lumens) compared to most of the other similar spec multimedia projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as the TW519.
