Good Picture Quality

Poor Connectivity

Does Not Have a Built-In Speaker

The Asus P1 does not have a built-in speaker. Most of the other projectors of this age and spec do have a built-in speaker.

It is worth considering other multimedia projectors which also have a built-in speaker including the Epson PowerLite 1761W[plb_1735741_price].

Quite Dim Projector Brightness

At only 200 ANSI lumens, the Asus P1 has a very dim projector brightness compared to most of the other projectors that have been around for a comparable time to the P1. Across all the 2000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that have been on the market for a similar time to the P1 the projector brightness range from 110 ANSI lumens to 10,000 ANSI lumens.

If this multimedia projector projector brightness is not bright enough for you then you might want to look at the Epson PowerLite 1761W[plb_1735741_price] (2,600 ANSI lumens).
