This computer has an SSD storage medium, whereas most recently released comparable spec PCs have an HDD storage medium. Solid State Drives (SSD) store information in transistors on a circuit board rather than on optical or magnetic media. This has the advantage of being much faster than a traditional HDD drive.

This PC's storage speed (SSD) is actually the best storage speed amongst all comparable spec computers that came out in the last year.

Amongst similar types of PC the worst storage speed is HDD.

We compared all the other 2.5GHz processor clock speed PCs to this PC and we think cheaper desktop computers such as the Lenovo ThinkCentre M900 Tiny, and the HP 400 G2 ($479.99) is also worth considering.

If you want a faster processor clock speed then you might want to look at the 400 G3 SFF (3.2GHz), the 600 G2 ($299.99) (3.2GHz), or the 400 G3 SFF ($680.47) (3.2GHz) all from HP which is also cheaper.
