64-Bit Processor Operating Mode
This PC supports a 32-bit|64-bit processor operating mode, which is typical of many few processor core PCs that have been available for around the same time as it.
Very Big Maximum On-Board Graphics Adapter Memory
At 16 gigabytes, the Asus GR6 has a very big maximum on-board graphics adapter memory compared to most of the other computers of a similar age and type to the GR6. Few processor core PCs that have been on the market for around the same time as the GR6 have maximum on-board graphics adapter memories of between 1GB and 16GB, and the average maximum on-board graphics adapter memory is 2GB.

Asus Desktop Computers Have Good Reviews
Asus has good average ratings for its few processor core PCs as well as across its entire PC range.
Quite Big Total Storage Capacity
At 1,000 gigabyte, the Asus GR6 has a fairly big total storage capacity compared to most of the other similar spec PCs that have been available for around the same time as the GR6. Personal computers that are a comparable age to the GR6 have total storage capacity of between 8GB and 3TB.
The average internal memory of desktop computers that were released more than a year ago is 5GB, and the internal memory range from 2GB to 16GB. With an internal memory of 8 gigabytes, the Asus GR6 has a fairly big internal memory compared to most of the other similar spec computers that were released one year ago.
The Asus GR6 has a DDR3L-SDRAM internal memory type which is newer than the DDR3-SDRAM internal memory type found on most few processor core PCs that are a similar age to it.
A DDR3L-SDRAM internal memory type is in fact the best internal memory type across all few processor core PCs that are a similar age to the GR6.
The worst internal memory type amongst comparable types of computer is LPDDR3-SDRAM.
5.1 Audio Output Channel
This desktop computer has a 5.1 audio output channel, which is the most frequently found audio output channel on similar spec computers that were launched more than a year ago.
Has One Memory Slot
The Asus GR6 has a greater number of memory slots than most desktop computers that came out around the same time as it. The most frequently found memory slot is 2x DIMM, but this memory slot is not found on this desktop computer. The memory slots 2x SO-DIMM are also found on this personal computer.
With a width of only 60 millimeters, the Asus GR6 is one of the narrower PCs of this age and type amongst few processor core PCs of this age. The narrowest desktop computer of a similar age and spec to the GR6 is 29mm wide and the widest is 660mm.
4 Reasons Against
Very Slow On-Board Graphics Adapter Dynamic Frequency
The average on-board graphics adapter dynamic frequency of personal computers that have been around for around the same time as the GR6 is 1,100MHz. The Asus GR6 has one of the slower on-board graphics adapter dynamic frequencies (only 900 megahertz) amongst comparable spec desktop computers of this age.
Quite Small Max Internal Memory Supported Processor
Few processor core PCs that came out more than a year ago have max internal memory supported processors of between 4GB and 64GB, and the average max internal memory supported processor is 27GB. With a max internal memory supported processor of only 16 gigabytes, the Asus GR6 has one of the smaller max internal memory supported processors amongst desktop computers of this age.
Only HDD Storage Medium
The storage speed of this PC is HDD, which is typical of many few processor core PCs that have been available for a comparable time to it. A Hard Disk Drive (HDD) is the traditional storage method for computers. A HDD stores the information on magnetic disks. HDD drives are cheap, but they are slower than Flash and SSD bases storage systems.
We compared this desktop computer to all the other HDD desktop computers and we think the Q520, and the C720 both from Fujitsu or the Lenovo ThinkCentre E73 which is cheaper is also worth considering.
If you are looking for a personal computer with a faster storage speed then you might want to consider the Mac Mini Late 2014 ($800.00) (Flash and cheaper), or the Mac Mini Late 2014 (Flash and cheaper) both from Apple.
Only Two USB 2.0 Ports
The Asus GR6 is a two USB 2.0 port computer. Most of the other few processor core PCs that have been on the market for more than a year have between one and nine USB 2.0 ports.
