The PXL2780MW does not have an integrated card reader, although keep in mind that most of the other medium monitors that have been around for around the same time as the PXL2780MW also do not have an integrated card reader.

There are a number of other LCD screens which also have an integrated card reader that you might want to consider including the 2407WFP, or the 2408WFP both from DELL.
