The HP V212a has a built-in speaker. Most of the other PC screens of this age and spec also have a built-in speaker.

We compared this LCD screen to all the other LCD screens with a built-in speaker and we think the Benq GL2250HM which has better reviews; or the Viewsonic VA2252Sm ($126.79) which is cheaper are also worth considering.

We compared all the other PC monitors which also have a built-in speaker to this flatpanel monitor and we think the Hanns.G HS225 is also worth considering.
