A few customers who purchased it considered that it was good looking. Two years ago Old Mouse mentioned “Seems Pretty Good”. Old Mouse also said “They give a pretty good 5ms response time”.

Five USB Type-A Downstream Ports
The DELL 1908FP has more USB Type-A downstream ports than most of the flatpanel monitors of a similar spec and age to the 1908FP. The DELL 1908FP does not have a built-in speaker, although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other small monitors that were released around the same time as the 1908FP also do not have a built-in speaker.
We compared this PC screen to all the other PC displays with a built-in speaker and we think the 200V4LAB2, or the 19P4QYEB both from Philips or the HKC 1976A which is also higher rated is also worth considering.
Not 3D Compatible
Like most of the other small monitors that have been on the market for around the same time as the 1908FP, the DELL 1908FP is not 3D compatible.
Does Not Have a Built-In Camera
Most comparable spec flatpanel monitors that have been on the market for a similar time to the 1908FP do not have a built-in camera. The DELL 1908FP is no exception to this as it too does not have a built-in camera.
There are a number of other PC displays which also have a built-in camera which you might also want to consider including the Philips 200V4QSBR which is also higher rated.
Does Not Have an Integrated Card Reader
The DELL 1908FP does not have an integrated card reader, although this is within the context that most of the other LCD screens of this type and age also do not have an integrated card reader.

LCD Display Type

My local Public Library use dozens of these for both the public Internet connections & the Library staff terminals.
I often use them there.
