The B276HLC does not have an integrated card reader. Most of the other medium monitors that were released more than a year ago also do not have an integrated card reader.

There are a number of alternative PC displays which also have an integrated card reader that you might also want to look at including the DELL UP2715K ($1,618.33), or the Benq SW2700PT ($500.00) which is also higher rated.
