Unfortunately Google Chrome seems to cause issues with the touch screen. It could also be microsoft office 2013 but I have office installed and no chrome with no problems so far!

Very very quick. It boots up from off in about 10 seconds. I feel as if turning it on and off completely is faster than putting it to sleep and waking it back up
