We compared all the other 1TB total storage capacity laptops to this portable PC and we think the B5400, the B5400, and the B5400 all from Lenovo which is cheaper is also worth considering.

If you would prefer a bigger total storage capacity then you might want to consider the Lenovo Z51-70 (1TB and cheaper).

The HP Pavilion 17 supports a 1,600MHz processor memory clock speed which is faster than most portable PCs of a comparable type and age to it. Most medium processor core laptops that have been available for a similar time to it support a 133MHz processor memory clock speed. Most medium processor core laptops that are a similar age to the Pavilion 17 do not have a touch sensitive screen. The Pavilion 17 is no exception to this as it too does not have a touch sensitive screen.

I am really surprised just maybe this was a faulty unit, it would not allow windows updates which were 142 and after trying 3 times and reinstall complete system. no luck
