A few customers who bought the product concluded that it was good quality. Zerbz said in their review of the DELL Inspiron 13 “Speakers are very good quality (better than branded integrated such as Kadron, Olufsen et al”.

Three DELL Inspiron 13 reviewers concluded that the DELL Inspiron 13 was well made. Barry2012 said this month “Build quality seems good which is presumably why it is quite heavy” in their review of this laptop and rated the product 80 out of 100. Zerbz mentioned “Well engineered”.
