A number of customers agreed that the Sony SLT-A35 was able to produce good images. Expert website Pcmag.com said “The Alpha 35 is a fast-shooting entry-level D-SLR that is capable of grabbing photos in subpar lighting conditions” but in spite of that they only gave the product a rating of 60 out of 100. Expert website Photographyblog.com wrote “The 16 megapixels should produce moderately good pictures.” and gave it a score of 5 stars. Pocket-Lint.com wrote in their review of the Sony SLT-A35 on expert review site Pocket Lint “The Sony Alpha SLT-A35 produces fantastic images, has a great continuous autofocus mode, shoots at up to 5.5fps”.
A number of Sony SLT-A35 owners who purchased the product concluded that it had a good picture resolution. Expert website Thestar.com.my mentioned in their Sony SLT-A35 review “It has a fast autofocus, decent continuous shooting capability and lots of modes” and rated this digital camera 4 stars. Avhub.com.au said two years ago “Cropped image for 7fps continuous shooting” in their review of the Sony SLT-A35. Avhub.com.au also mentioned “5fps continuous shooting mode”.
A number of people concluded that this digital camera had a good image sensor. Expert review site Amateurphotographer.co.uk scored the product 4 stars and said five years ago “The refined sensor is particularly capable of resolving detail” in their review of this digital camera. In the same month Thestar.com.my said “Features a larger 16.2-megapixel sensor” in their review of the Sony SLT-A35.
One person who reviewed it concluded that it had a good ISO range. Avhub.com.au said “Good high ISO performance”.
