The MHS-TS22 has a better display than most digital cameras of a comparable age and spec to it. This camera has an LCD display, whereas most similar spec cameras that are a comparable age to it have an OLED display. LCD is the most common display type used in digital cameras. LCD displays are relatively cheap to manufacture but their limitations lie in narrow viewing angles and the displays do not perform well in direct sunlight.
An LCD display is in fact the worst display amongst all cameras that are a similar age to the MHS-TS22.
The best display amongst comparable types of digital camera is OLED.
