A number of people who bought the Sony Alpha A5100 thought it was mirrorless. Last year Toaster mentioned on Amazon “If you are considering a compact mirror-less camera this Sony is a great place to start, so small” in their review and scored this digital camera very highly. Expert review site Ephotozine.com mentioned “The Sony Alpha A5100 is one of the more compact mirrorless cameras available with built in flash, particularly considering it has a 24megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor”. Expert website Reviewed.com wrote “The full-frame mirrorless A7 series won the company a number of awards.”.
