Eight years ago expert website Expertreviews.co.uk wrote “Adds a couple of extra megapixels, has the best controls t” in their review. Dpexpert.com.au wrote in their review of the Nikon D90 in the same month “This 12 megapixel DSLR takes two features of the D300 – the CMOS image sensor and the 75mm high resolution LCD screen –” .
Several people who purchased it concluded that it had a good image sensor. Electricpig.co.uk scored this digital camera very highly and wrote “You’ll get an anti-dust system to keep your 12.3-megapixel CMOS sensor squeaky clean”. Digitalversus.com wrote in their Nikon D90 review on Digital Versus eight years ago “It also borrows heavily from Nikons semi-professional D300, appropriating its excellent sensor amongst o” and gave it an excellent rating. Expert website Shinyshiny.tv said in their review “Dan gets hands on with Nikons D90 digital SLR beast of a camera and its powerful 12.3 megapixel sensor” .
Some Nikon D90 reviewers reckoned that it had a good ISO range. Eight years ago Cnet.com gave the product a score of 4 stars and mentioned on CNET.com “Superb high ISO performance”. Expert website Gadgetshow.channel5.com wrote seven years ago “It has an ISO setting of 200-3,200”.
One person who reviewed this digital camera concluded that it was good in low light. Expert review site Camcorderinfo.com said “While it did capture wonderful colors in low light” in their review of the Nikon D90.
