Unacceptable Noise Level

One customer who reviewed the Samsung QF20 considered that it was not noisy. Expert website Reviewed.com said “Low light images were barely usable, with the camcorder showing lots of blur and noise even in mildly-dark shooting situations.” in their Samsung QF20 review however despite that they still gave the product a rating of 3 stars.

Does Not Have an Image Stabiliser

It may also be worth considering one of the other 20x (optical) video cameras currently available including the Samsung HMX-QF30 which has better reviews.

If you want a bigger optical zoom then you might want to look at the HDR-CX240 ($199.99) (27x), or the HDR-CX330 ($425.98) (30x) both from Sony which also has a higher rating.
