Easy to Use

Several people who reviewed the product reckoned that it was easy to use. R. Bingham said on Amazon “Is so easy to use I can forgive that” in their Samsung HMX-U20 review. Sandra Gray mentioned “If you are into fine cinematography, buy a full size recorder! I have had no issues with clicking or hiss and found it fairly intuitive to operate” and scored the product 5 stars. Stanley Park said “Had purchased it because I thought it was produced by a trusted manufacturer and the handy size” in his review of the Samsung HMX-U20 but even so he only gave the Samsung HMX-U20 a rating of 1 stars.

A few Samsung HMX-U20 reviewers said in their reviews that this camcorder was easy to use the menus. Coolhands said in their review of the Samsung HMX-U20 five years ago “The 720 HD recording settings work well enough”. Mr. C. Dioramma wrote “For better understanding on how to use this camera, you would need to carefully study it's menu to get it's settings right in order to achieve the result you want” and scored it very highly.

One Samsung HMX-U20 reviewer who purchased it concluded that it was comfortable and easy to hold. Charles W. King wrote “The camera is reasonable although you need to hold it very steady or you get blurred pictures” in his Samsung HMX-U20 review.
