The HC-V100 has an image stabiliser, as do most of the other camcorders of a comparable type and age to the HC-V100.

It may also be worth also looking at one of the other camcorders with an image stabiliser currently available including the Vixia HF M40[pl_61546_price], the Vixia HF R40[pl_1633221_price], or the Vixia HF R500[pl_2504903_price] all from Canon which has better reviews.
