Several Canon Legria HF G40 reviewers who reviewed it agreed that it was easy to use. A few weeks ago A Keen Reader said on Amazon “Impossible to use in bright sunlight” in their review. Lumpy said “It's a joy to use - I am a big fan of Canon gear” and gave it a rating of 4 stars.

One person mentioned in their reviews that the Canon Legria HF G40 was easy to use the menus.
